History
Site 5 was built in 1981 and housed day programs for residents living in the adjacent cottages. Activities at Site 5 included paper shredding and crayon making. This modern building was a blocky, one-story structure faced with red brick and enclosed by flat roofs with vertical panel parapets. The structure was demolished in 2015.
