History
The Training Activity Center was a modern building adjacent to the Cottages, where independent patients lived. Here, day programs for adjacent cottage residents were held. This structure likely replaced the 1891 Activity Center. The building also had an attached greenhouse, which was much more convenient than the 1940s one that was located quite some distance away.
